DERP ROBBERY (Minecraft Animation)

Everyone give our now director, Striker, a welcome. This is his first animation on the channel. Hoping to many more :D

It's so nice to come back to your most favorite animator after a year, everything still seems the same... but with some various difference and updates.
The first thing I always notice are character updates and new characters.

Great first animation Striker! Just a bit of constructive criticism: If there are roughly 12 frames straight that contain white void 20 feet from the main focal point people will notice but I understand that you may have had a time frame to do it and couldn't make it perfect. If it may happen again you could cut those frames out or splice in an image of a previous frame that shares the same angle or close to it right where the void begins. Also when the last thief was shooting at the cop and Derp plans his attack, Derp's expression is constantly sad without much change. If you can't bother to change his facial expressions throughout the scene you can just be sure to set his face to neutral expression or what his skin looks like by default. I hope this was useful information and I am excited to see what you can bring to the table at BPS! You have great potential! *"We shall watch your career with great interest."*

Not gonna lie this a reminder to me that they have been missing a limb director wise since David R.B. left. With such talent leaving BPS really could use more people to fill that gap and I hope Striker helps with that. We miss you David.
Edit: Did a little search and just realized he still owns BPS but just isn't an animator and is currently developing a game called Arcadian Rift.

Your animations, as always, have been the best I've ever seen. Lots of work must go into these animations to make them so real. I've heard many different names of people on your team, but never actually the amount of people that are on it. Second question, I've seen that in some of your other animations, there is different swords, spears, and other weapons, and vehicles, that aren't in the rymdinsse pack, how do you get those textures? Thanks for all your time and effort you put into these animations, and please keep it up!!! :D

Finally a new animation. Probs Striker did a good job there. Have some things I noticed watching the first time I might want to mention: I really like the style of Derp moving fast and uncoordinated it really builds up character, but sometimes the movements didn’t seem to be connected to each other.
Great respect for making 6 minutes of animation, but at some point I missed some off-set in the animation and maybe a bit of polishing (small things which are sadly noticeable and take a lot of time to do right)
One things I noticed about the story is the thing when Derp just lifts the car with persons inside. I mean it’s typical for Derp to be underestimated but that’s still a pretty huge thing to just carry around ;)
Really amazing job still, keep it up. Everyone learns by doing and just making a 6min animation and publishing it on such a huge channel deserves a lot of respect on its own 👍

Ohhh boy. The bloopers on this one are gonna be magical, I already laughed out loud at several points in the normal version.

I get the feeling that all the bloopers couldn't fit into the designated bloopers video, and that's why this animation is so chaotically awesome

Hi, guys! after I learned that Songs Of War had been canceled, I initially wanted to write a comment to black plasma studios to make them feel determined to continue making the series. But then I had the idea to work together as a team and Give them determination by telling them how much we love the series! So I want you all to comment on every video and say things to make them feel more determined to continue the series:)
Also, Black Plasma Studios, I want you to know that we will never give up on this channel and that as long as EVERYONE works together we can get through ANYTHING! SO DON'T GIVE UP! I KNOW U CAN DO IT!

I came back to this channel after hearing The Storm in a kpop video. Almost immediately a flood of nostalgia hit me, of watching an ad with the animation in it. I watched Songs of War and that was and still is my favorite Minecraft animated series of all time. Just recently I’ve learned that a season 2 wasn’t gonna be made, and now I’m so sad. Even though I know that, I wish that somehow, someway, one came out. So many people wish for one, but the closest we have is other channels making up their own storylines, which honestly just isn’t the same. The quality is just worse than that of the beautiful style here. Please, rethink your decision, and if possible, make Songs of War Season 2 😕
